Weekly sales meetings, office gatherings, company meetings and celebrations remain integral to the way we work.

A foundational component of the Greenridge business model is the emphasis we place on manager and broker support of our agents in the field. Our agent to manager ratio is about 18:1 and numbers aside, Greenridge invests in our leadership team so that they, in turn, can provide outstanding support, training and leadership to the agents in their offices.

To continue to be successful in real estate, especially in today's changing market, it is important to manage yourself and your activities as a business - with a plan, result-tracking and accountability. Our managers work one-on-one with agents to develop individualized, annual business plans and regularly check-in on benchmarks and tasks to keep you and your business on track.
