THE INSTITUTE BY LEADING RE

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

This multi-day class features many sessions that are valuable to new and veteran agents alike. Various Greenridge leaders take agents through an array of topics including; developing a market niche, utilizing social media, overcoming objections and more. Sessions covering Greenridge tools and systems also help agents who are new to Greenridge get acquainted with us and the resources available.

The LeadingRE Institute is an online educational platform available to all Greenridge agents. The Institute features a broad menu of courses and guidebooks, including target market guides on working with seniors, international clients, second home buyers, and more. Video courses ranging from one to thirty minutes let you gain additional training on the go and at your convenience.

We offer frequent, one to two hour professional development classes and exclusive continuing education opportunities. Fresh, relevant topics and a variety of company and industry leaders bring new insights and skills training to our agents on a regular basis.

COACHING & MENTORING

Michael develops Greenridge's agent training opportunities, works closely alongside our managers in support of agents and is available for one-on-one and group training, coaching and mentorship. Michael is a great resource for agents who are looking to build their business and desire some extra accountability and motivation to reach their goals. He will keep you accountable to your business plan, identify your strengths and weaknesses, offer unbiased feedback, keep you motivated and be your biggest fan!
